On Serve Day, Saturday, July 15, Church of the Highlands blessed Cahaba Valley Elks Lodge No 1738 for its members support of the prep college team, the Birmingham Cardinals. The Serve Team painted areas inside and outside. The kitchen received a deep cleaning, and the landscape received an impressive trim. The COTH Bham Cardinal program helps young men who wish to improve academically, athletically, and spiritually. CVEL has provided its support for the past three seasons by opening its meeting area and kitchen to its team leader and CVEL member, Tim Sanders and Tim O’ Conner.
