The Elks Lodge honored outstanding candidates from the Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps on May 5, 2025 at their Annual Youth Recognition Banquet 2025. Cadets from Hoover, Thompson, and Vincent High Schools were honored for demonstrated leadership skills, academic performance, and achievements in community service goals.
